Successful Ageing for People with Intellectual Disability

Associate Professor Trollor presented a talk at a forum held at NSW Parliament house yesterday. The talk outlined potential strategies to address the health issues related to ageing in people with an ID. The talk was part of a series of presentations in a Forum entitled “Dementia and Disability: The Facts, Strategies and Implications” was organised by Alzheimer’s Australia NSW, the Centre for Disability Studies at the University of Sydney, and the University of New England. The forum featured internationally renowned researchers Professor Matthew Janicki and Professor Tony Broe.
