The Department of Developmental Disability Neuropsychiatry (3DN) within the School of Psychiatry, UNSW Australia, is offering 1 or more three-year full-time PhD stipend to a highly motivated student to work with Professor Julian Trollor on a project that will improve access to, and quality of mental health services for people with ID. The PhD is to be undertaken as part of a broad program of research under the ‘Improving Mental Health Outcomes for People with an Intellectual Disability’ National Health and Medical Research Council Partnerships for Better Health Project.

Payment Information
The value of this scholarship is AUD $30,000.00 per annum. Recipients of an APA can apply for an AUD $5,000.00 p.a top up scholarship. This award is to be used for research and living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years.
 
Research Information
This scholarship is for one of the following fields of research: MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES. It is required that your study commeces before March 2016.
 
Eligibility
This scholarship requires you to have achieved outstanding academic results. Only citizens of Australia or New Zealand or Australian permanent residents can apply.
