Professor Julian Trollor, UNSW Chair of Intellectual Disability Mental Health, was the keynote speaker at the NSW CID Parliamentary Forum. It was held in the NSW Parliament House in Sydney on March 31, 2017. Professor Trollor presented findings of a recently released study on high levels of preventable deaths for people with intellectual disability.
Other speakers included the Minister for Disability Services, Hon Raymond Williams, Shadow Minister for Disability Services, Hon Sophie Cotsis, NSW CID Chairperson, Michael Sullivan and other people with intellectual disability, their families and carers.
