3DN has published its strategic plan for the next five years.
The plan outlines the strategic objectives that will guide our mission over the next five years to improve health policy, practice and supports for people with an intellectual or developmental disability, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing. It also lays out the values that will guide our activities, and the strengths that we’re drawing on to carry the work out.
